Absolutely! We sell only authentic products that were manufactured and packed in full compliance with international quality, safety, and health standards. They have also been properly licensed and thoroughly tested. Dermal Cosmetics does not offer bootleg.

We would recommend the latter option if you are a returning customer because it will save you time when you use our website in the future to make other purchases. No matter whether you choose to order as a guest or through a registered account, you will be able to easily add items to your cart through the “Add to Cart” button available on each product page. You can also review, add or delete items from your cart at any point before you proceed to checkout.
You will be required to provide only standard information such as your first and last names, the country, town/city and exact address to which you would like to have your order delivered, ZIP or postcodes, phone number, and email address. You will also be required to provide some general banking or credit/debit card information when you proceed to payment.
You can pay either via a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Borica) or via a bank transfer. If you choose to use the second payment method, your bank may require you to cover additional transaction fees. Your order will be sent to you after the bank payment has been successfully cleared.
If you are not based in the EU, you will not be required to pay VAT. Nevertheless, other taxes and fees may apply to your based on your location. It should also be noted that the prices on our store do not include VAT by default. Clients from the EU pay VAT as per their local rates.

We can ship your order either by mail or a courier. You will have the chance to pick which of these two shipping methods you prefer to use at checkout. If you opt for postal delivery, you can pick either a Standard or a Priority Mail delivery. If you go with the courier delivery option, you will again have two choices – Standard or Express Courier. We work with several different courier companies among which are EMS, DPD, and TNT.
That depends on the address to which you want to have your order shipped. Delivery times vary from location to location. Orders to EU-based countries send with a Standard Postal Delivery usually arrive within 7-9 business days and those sent with a Priority Postal Delivery can take 6-7 business days to reach their destination. EU-based clients who opt for a Standard Courier Deliver will receive their order within 3-6 business days. With an Express Courier Delivery – you can expect your items in 1-2 business days. Clients based outside the EU will receive their order within 15-20 business day with Standard Mail Delivery, 10-15 business days with Priority Mail Delivery, 7-10 business days with Courier Delivery. These are example delivery times and delays, which are beyond our control, may occur.
