Shipping & Delivery

These are the terms for shipping and delivery of items purchased on our website. These should be considered an appendage and part of the general Terms & Conditions. Make sure you’re also read the Terms & Conditions and Return Policy, as both contain relevant information to the Shipping & Delivery terms. By accepting the Terms & Conditions of our website, you are also agreeing to the terms of our Return Policy page.

Shipping Time

This e-store accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day, including weekends and official holidays. All incoming orders are processed by our staff, using an internal scheduling. Normally processing an order can take between 24 and 48 hours, but delays are possible.

An item marked as “in stock” can be currently unavailable and in such cases will be backordered from an external warehouse, which normally adds 3 to 5 workdays to the time for order processing, counted from the moment of the successful payment transfer.

Once an order is placed by a customer, they will be duly notified and sent a summary or their order, shipping expenses, applicable taxes, final order value and the details for delivery that they provided. Please note, that this automatic notification IS NOT equal to an order confirmation. The client will be additionally contacted by a member of the our team to confirm the item availability and the delivery time frame.

The agreement is considered established once the package has been sent to the customer, he or she have been notified and received a tracking number and completed once the package has been successfully received by the client.

Orders are affected by current item availability and depending on current supply, can be cancelled by Dermal Cosmetic is an item is unavailable and cannot be ordered from an external supplier. In such an instance, all money paid by the customer will be fully refunded.

Order delivery and delays

Products which are in stock at the warehouse will normally be shipped to the customer within 24 hours, excluding weekends and official holidays in Romania. Unavailable or out-of-stock items will be, if possible, ordered from a third party supplied and sent to the buyer with an additional 3 to 5 days delay.

All orders will be shipped with either a courier service or standard/priority postal services. Depending on the clients’ location or the availability of the delivery company, courier deliveries will be made with DHL, Fedex, Speedy and a number of other companies.

Courier deliveries normally within 2 or 3 days for the EU, 3-4 for non-EU countries in Europe and 3 to 7 days for the rest of the world. However, delays are possible.

Postal delivery within the EU will normally take from 4 to 7 days and from 10 to 15 workdays for the rest of the world (over 20 workdays for some destinations). Delays are possible.

Any delivery time frame quotes on the website is only an estimation based on standard delivery time via the respective service. We do not bear any responsibility for additional delays. Additional package processing by the courier company, postal services, any of their intermediaries or the customs, will not be considered a delay of delivery and will not be counted towards the deliver estimation or be the responsibility of the merchant. Further, we consider a delivery of up to 50 business days for postal package and two weeks for courier packages, to be ON TIME. A package delivered via the respective service in that period will no be considered to be “late”. Further, the customer agrees to first communicate the issue about any late package with us before undertaking any further actions.

We bear no responsibility for erroneous shipping information provided by the customers. In cases of wrong or incomplete delivery information – further delays and/or shipping charges are possible.

Import Duties and Taxes

Prices listed on the website do not include VAT or other added domestic taxes, import duties or similar expenses. Depending on your location, upon delivery of the package to your country you might be required by local customs authorities to pay for import duties, custom fees and other local taxes which are legally applicable to your purchase. Such fees and taxes might be required in order to have the package released from the customs. Your local authorities might legally recognize you an “importer” and apply the aforementioned fees/taxes.

Such fees and taxes, as well as releasing a package from the customs are a responsibility of he buyer. If you are unsure what taxes and other expenses are applicable in your country, we strongly advice you get in touch with the local customs authorities prior to ordering from our website..

Knowledge of local and applicable law is responsibility of the customer and is a package is stopped by the customer due to local regulations and subsequently returned back to us, it can either be resent for a new shipping fee or the buyer will be completely reimbursed excluding the shipping expenses.

EU customers will not pay for any import duties. However, VAT might be applicable – please refer to the “Prices and associated payments” section of the Terms and Conditions page for further information.
